1. Cancellation Policy

Zelver aims to provide a seamless experience for our customers and offers a flexible cancellation policy:
    •    Cancellations will be accepted only if the request is made before the order is shipped.
    •    To cancel, please WhatsApp us at +91 98307 76857 within 24 hours of placing your order.
    •    Unfortunately, cancellation requests cannot be submitted via our website.
    •    Any cancellation requests for orders that have already shipped cannot be accommodated.

2. Returns & Exchange Policy

You may request a return or exchange only if the product is received in a ‘Damaged’, ‘Defective’, or ‘Not as Described’ condition. To initiate:
    •    Record a video clearly showing the damage or defect—from the outer packaging to the product itself.
    •    Send the video via WhatsApp to +91 98307 76857, along with a description of the issue, within 24 hours of delivery. The request will only be considered if made in this time frame.

Returns/Exchanges Not Accepted If:
    •    The request is made after 24 hours from delivery.
    •    Any packaging, price tags, labels, accessories, or original box are missing.
    •    The product is damaged due to misuse.
    •    The product appears to have been used.
    •    The product was purchased under any “Buy 1 Get 1 Free” promotion—these are not eligible for return or exchange.

3. Partial Returns
    •    Yes, you can return individual items from a multi-item order.
    •    However, returns/exchanges can only be initiated once per order.
    •    The returned item must include all original components, including any complimentary accessories or gifts.

4. Return & Exchange Process
    •    We support a reverse-pickup service for most PIN codes. If your area isn’t serviceable by our courier partners, you will need to self-ship the product.
    •    Ensure all tags and accessories are intact, packaging is untampered, and the outer box is sealed with tape.
    •    Initiate the return or exchange via WhatsApp at +91 98307 76857. We aim to process reverse-pickup requests within 24 working hours.

Please Note:
    1.    The pickup address should match the shipping address, unless the item was sent as a gift. In that case, mention the alternate return location when raising your request.
    2.    Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
    3.    Replacement items will be dispatched only after we receive the returned product.

5. Self-Ship Return Instructions

If you choose to ship the product back yourself:
    •    Use a reliable courier service.
    •    Ensure the product is unused, includes all original accessories, tags, and packaging. Seal the box securely with tape and clearly label the return address.
    •    It’s your responsibility to package it safely—any damages during transit are not covered by Zelver.
    •    Obtain a courier acknowledgment receipt with signature and item count—returns without tracking or acknowledgment cannot be processed.
    •    Return packages remain your responsibility until they reach Zelver.

6. Refund Policy
    •    Refunds are only given in cases of manufacturing defects, wrong item delivered, or if a replacement is unavailable.
    •    Only the net billed amount is refundable; any discounts used at checkout are non-refundable.
    •    For prepaid orders, refunds will be credited via the original payment method or UPI.
    •    For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are processed via UPI within 5–7 working days after the product is received.
    •    We’ll contact you via WhatsApp or call to confirm your payment details.
    •    If the refund isn’t processed within the specified timeframe, you may contact us via WhatsApp at +91 98307 76857, or through our Instagram handle @_zelver.
