• All orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days.
• Orders placed during weekends or Indian public holidays are processed on the next working day.
• In peak season (festivals, promotions), processing may take up to 5 business days—we'll notify you if there are any delays.
2. Shipping Regions & Carriers
Domestic (India):
We ship across India using trusted courier partners to ensure timely delivery.
International:
Currently, Zelver does not ship internationally. Please check back soon for updates.
3. Shipping Charges & Free Shipping
• Enjoy free domestic shipping on all prepaid orders across India.
• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a flat shipping charge of ₹300 applies.
4. Delivery Timelines
Standard (within major cities): 3–7 business days
Remote areas: 7–14 business days
Please note: Delivery times are estimates. During festive seasons or due to courier constraints, deliveries may take longer.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS. This allows you to monitor your shipment in real time.
6. Delivery & Signature
• A signature will be required upon delivery as proof of receipt.
• If you wish to have the delivery made to someone else (e.g. as a gift), their signature will be accepted.
7. Address Changes & Redirection
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing the order.
• We are unable to change or redirect orders after dispatch. If delivery fails due to incorrect information, a redelivery charge may be applied.
8. Lost, Damaged, or Missing Items
If your parcel is lost, arrives damaged, or doesn’t arrive as scheduled:
- Contact our customer support within 5 days of expected delivery.
- Provide your order number and a brief description/photos of any damage if applicable.
- We’ll coordinate with the courier to resolve the issue promptly—whether that’s a replacement, refund, or assistance with retrieval.
